1. Finding a product

To find a product you can use the navigation menus on the right of the page or go directly to the "store" and select the product you want. Having found the product, you can expand the information by clicking on its name or on "product details". This will access the product sheet which provides detailed features of the item.

 

2. How to place an order

It's simple! Simply select the product you wish to purchase by clicking on "add to order". Once in the basket you can continue buying other goods or process your order. You can view your purchases at any time by clicking on "your basket" at the top right of the screen. All transactions from the start of processing you order are carried out under a secure connection which guarantees the confidentiality of your data.
A screen will ask for your username and password. If already registered, just enter the data. Alternatively, you may register by downloading the registration link located on the left of the page or by clicking here. You will obtain a username and password which you can use for transactions on our website. You can buy products, receive information on offers/promotions and your personal data will be recorded on a client file so you won’t have to resubmit it for future purchases.

 

3. How to pay for a product

The next step is an order summary and customer information. Check the shipping address is correct or choose to send the order to an address other than the one registered. Shipping costs will be allocated according to the chosen destination (mainland Spain, Canary Islands, European Union etc).
On the next page select the payment method (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer). Once selected, complete the ordering process by pressing the button at the bottom of the page.

DReturns from the delivery address:

Delivery charges will not be reimbursed. The customer must also pay for any collection charges (equal to the amount of the delivery charge corresponding to the type of product purchased and the delivery destination).
Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Once we have received the returned products at our warehouses and checked their condition we will refund the amount you paid in the form of payment originally made.

Customer Details
Registration, modification, security and confidentiality policy.To shop at our online store or access certain services customers must register their personal details and choose a password which allows access to all areas which require prior identification. This will prevent having to resubmit them later. By the time you register on our secure server or place an order, your personal data, addresses and payment details are added to our database and will be used solely to process your order and to send you information about offers and services that may be of interest. Taxes

European Union Residents.
All product prices listed in our online stores include VAT. Purchases made by VAT liable persons or entities (companies, entities, organisations, etc.) who reside in the European Union and have an intra-community tax identification number, will be exempt from paying VAT, provided that a scanned copy of this document is sent to us via e-mail.
Non European Union Residents.
Purchases made by legal or natural persons who reside in countries outside of the European Union shall be exempt from paying VAT. No orders will be processed for P.O. Boxes.
For this purchase/delivery system, and due to their tax regulations, territories of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered to be outside of the European Union.
Please remember that delivery charges do not include import taxes (tariffs), which must be paid in cash upon delivery.
